We declare that all the Al Santians are big friends of real, simple, traditional food.

Now we practice what was already in our knowledge. Good quality food of meat, fish, cheese or vegetables, shouldn't make you unpleasantly full, should not need many accessories, such as expensive dressing or a kilo of makeup. Food that deserves to be in your body should be totally naked, honest wearing only the scent of salt and pepper  

We welcome our people to try our very brave and healthy cuisine, since we decided that in Al Santo we will be making our own products. HOMEMADE PASTA from Roberto, will be served to you, with passion and imagination, the sauces are also homemade from recipes that comes from beautiful Italy, went through time and never changed.
